Wiltshire Council’s Monitoring Officer has concluded that its leader, Cllr Ian Thorn, did not breach the authority’s Code of Conduct following a complaint submitted earlier this month.
The Environment Agency says it is continuing to investigate odour complaints in Calne and the surrounding area following a sharp increase in reports.
Volunteers are being invited to roll up their sleeves and help give the iconic Cherhill White Horse its latest freshen-up which will be taking place in May.
