A new campaign opposing plans to introduce three-weekly bin collections in Wiltshire has been launched by councillors representing the Calne area.
Wiltshire Council’s Monitoring Officer has concluded that its leader, Cllr Ian Thorn, did not breach the authority’s Code of Conduct following a complaint submitted earlier this month.
The Environment Agency says it is continuing to investigate odour complaints in Calne and the surrounding area following a sharp increase in reports.
