A decision by Wiltshire Council to press ahead with the signalisation of the Stanier Road junction on Calne’s A3102 bypass has sparked frustration from residents and councillors, who say the project answers a problem that doesn’t exist.
Calne Town Council currently has two vacancies, one in the Chilvester & Abberd Ward and another in the Calne Central Ward following two resignations.
Calne Royal British Legion and Calne Town Council will be holding the town’s Festival of Remembrance Parade and Church Service on Sunday, 9th November 2025.
