Wiltshire Police have confirmed they have now found the missing 70 year old man from Chippenham.
Several businesses across Wiltshire have been issued £500 fixed penalty notices (FPNs) from Wiltshire Council for illegally placing advertising on public highways.
Wiltshire Council’s Planning Enforcement team has stepped in to clear a severely overgrown and rubbish-filled garden in Chippenham, after repeated complaints from local residents and failed attempts to engage with the property’s owner.
