Calne Town Youth FC U10 Cobras Girls are riding high after a phenomenal weekend that saw them crowned Champions at the Derry Hill United FC Tournament.
The victory follows a stellar performance just days earlier at the Malmesbury Tournament, where the team secured a hard-fought second-place finish.
The Cobras Girls demonstrated incredible resilience and teamwork throughout the weekend, navigating tough games in the Calne boys tournament before ultimately dominating at Derry Hill.
Their impressive fighting spirit and determination were on full display as they grew stronger with each match.
"This team has shown resilience, teamwork, and a fantastic fighting spirit all weekend long," said Coach Matt Law.
"We're so proud of their efforts and the way they’ve grown stronger with each match."
Matt also extended a huge thank you to the dedicated parents and supporters who cheered them on throughout the weekend, emphasising the crucial role their encouragement played in the team's success.
With momentum on their side, Calne Town Youth FC U10 Cobras Girls are looking forward to continued success.
Onwards and upwards for the Cobras!
