A woman has been charged in connection with a fatal road traffic collision on the A350 near Lacock, in which a 64-year-old cyclist died.

The collision happened at around 5am on Tuesday, 20th January, and involved a car and a bicycle. The cyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by Wiltshire Police.
Ayan Kolah, 38, of Lowden, Chippenham, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing death by driving without due care and consideration while unfit through drugs, and failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
Ms Kolah appeared before Swindon Magistrates’ Court on today, 21st January, where she did not enter a plea. She was granted bail and is due to appear before Swindon Crown Court on 20th February.
The A350 was closed in both directions for several hours following the collision while specialist officers carried out investigations.
