Wiltshire Council has announced an urgent road closure affecting part of Prince Charles Drive on Friday 21st November 2025.
A section of the road, starting from its junction with Tern Close and extending approximately 100 metres southeast to the junction with Travers Close, will be closed to all traffic between 9.30am and 2.30pm to allow for essential hand-patching and associated maintenance works.
No diversion route is available, although access for residents and businesses will be maintained where possible. The council has warned that some delays are likely due to the nature of the repairs.
The closure will be clearly signposted, and while the works are expected to take one day, the legal notice allows for a maximum duration of five days should delays occur.
