Here is a run down of upcoming road works and closures in and around the Calne area which could impact on your travel times.
Lower Compton - Compton Bassett from its junction with Marsh Lane for approx 500m northerly direction - for urgent removal of dangerous trees the road will be closed with no emergency access available from 11th to 12 October from 9am to 6pm.
Oxford Road - Open Reach - two way traffic signals will be in operation - expect delays 18th October to 20th October.
Church Road, Derry Hill from junction with A342 Devizes Road to junction with Lansdowne Cresent - two way traffic signals in operation - 23rd to 25th October.
A4361 Winterbourne Monkton road closure - Carriageway resurfacing, replacement of road markings, adjustment of ironworks and other associated works 23rd October to 4th November.
