POLICE have confirmed that they have found the woman missing from Chippenham, safe and well.
The woman has last been seen at 4pm on the 18/04, and police said they are increasingly concerned for her welfare.
An appeal was launched but this morning the force has confirmed she has now been found - they thanked everyone for their help.
