A Devizes man has been charged in connection with the death of a pedestrian in Chippenham last year.
Ben Morgan, 37, of Kennet Road, has been charged with causing death by careless driving following a collision on 17th December 2023.
The incident happened at the junction of Gladstone Road and Avenue La Fleche, where 49-year-old Justin Edhouse, from Chippenham, was struck by a white BMW 330E. Mr Edhouse died at the scene.
Morgan is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates’ Court this afternoon (25th November).
