POLICE are urging car enthusiasts to 'adhere to road laws' ahead of a potential car meet they understand to be taking place in Wiltshire this weekend.
As we head toward Halloween, Wiltshire Police are encouraging young people to be safe and respect others if they are out and about in local communities trick or treating.
The two women who tragically lost their lives following a collision on the M4 on October 20th have been named as mother and daughter Cheryl Woods, 61, and Sarha Smith, 40, of Caerphilly.
