Bowood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Wiltshire has announced the appointment of two new senior managers, signalling a renewed focus on excellence in wellness and hospitality.
Pippa Hartwell joins the team as Spa and Wellness Manager, bringing over three decades of experience in the industry. Her previous roles include senior leadership positions at prestigious venues such as Stoke Park, Chewton Glen, The Celtic Manor Resort, and most recently Bishopstrow Hotel & Spa.
At Bowood, Pippa will oversee the spa’s strategic development and operations, with a focus on enhancing wellness offerings, spa treatments, and a thriving membership programme.

Joining her on the operations team is George Garrard, who takes up the role of Shelburne Restaurant & Bar Manager. George brings extensive expertise in high-end food and beverage operations, having previously worked at De Vere Tortworth Court and Aztec Hotel & Spa, where he oversaw a 2 AA Rosette restaurant.
