Alongside their respective solo careers, Robert Plane and Tim Horton regularly perform together as members of Ensemble 360, the highly acclaimed resident ensemble of Sheffield based Music in the Round. In addition to performing works such as Mozart’s Clarinet concerto round the globe Robert has a particular passion for British clarinet music such as the clarinet concertos of Diana Burrell and Mark David Boden. Following his performance of Schoenberg’s Piano Concerto under Sir Simon Rattle, Tim Horton has played with many leading orchestras including the RLPO and Bournemouth Symphony and given a series of solo recitals at the Wigmore Hall. They will play works by Lutoslawski, Edwin York Bowen and Carl Maria von Weber.
