Looking to start exercising but not sure where to begin? Find your new favourite way to exercise with 'This Girl Can' classes at Calne Community Campus.
'This Girl Can' classes are set to make a welcome return to Calne Community Campus on Thursday 14 
September, so if you've got two left feet or never done a push up in your life but want to start your fitness journey, these classes are something not to be missed.
The group exercise classes are beginner friendly and a great way to get into classes for the first time or even a return to more regular activity.
These sessions will give you a flavour of different exercise styles in a completely relaxed and friendly environment. No need to feel intimidated by big equipment or moves you don't understand, the clases promise smiles, laughs and the odd wrong step!
Beginner friendly, these classes will give you the confidence to try new moves, understand different fitness class options, and even make new friends.
Classes start with a warm welcome from a friendly, qualified instructor who will explain what the class entails that week before starting a gentle warm up to prepare your body for exercise. You'll then be guided through a two 10 minute blocks of exercise with an interval in the middle. The main blocks of activity will be different each week, giving you a taster of different styles allowing you to try new things in a supportive environment. The instructor will then guide you through a cool down and a short period of mindfulness to reflect on the class before your instructor answers any questions you have.
