Get ready for a festive night of laughter as The Piggy Bank hosts a special Christmas Comedy Night on Tuesday 9th December.
Headlining the show is Stuart Goldsmith, an internationally award-winning comedian, writer, podcaster and host. Known for his smart, accessible stand-up and quick wit, Stuart’s natural charm has delighted audiences around the world. He’s also a regular warm-up act for The Graham Norton Show.
Opening the evening will be Louise Leigh, an award-nominated comedian who brings a mix of sharp observation and playful silliness to the stage. Expect laughs aplenty as she tackles the quirks of midlife, motherhood and middle-class habits.
Your MC for the night is Kiwi comic Matt Stellingwerf. A farmer’s son turned criminologist, Matt is an award-winning comedian with a knack for turning life’s contradictions into comedy gold. From love and mental health to bizarre interviews with Death Row inmates, Matt’s low-key charm and wit will tie the night together perfectly.
