AN APPLICATION to build up to 300 new homes at land north of Abberd Way in Calne has been submitted to Wiltshire Council.
Property developers Robert Hitchins Ltd has applied for outline planning for up to 300 new homes with associated works including including infrastructure, ancillary facilities, open space and landscaping as well as the construction of a new vehicular access off Abberd Lane.
The plans also include demolition of existing structures.
