GREEN SQUARE ACCORD has created a web page dedicated to the proposals for nine new homes on Dixon Way, Calne.
Following a public consultation event on 10th July which outlined plans to replace four existing houses with nine new, more energy efficient homes, Green Square Accord have launched the web page which provides all the currently available documents and an opportunity to give your feedback on the proposals.
The current proposal would see new homes built using modern methods of construction providing a mix of two- and three-bedroom properties.
A second consultation with revised plans that reflect feedback from the first session will be announced shortly with an aim to submit a planning application to Wiltshire Council in Autumn 2024.
