Calne Food Bank has received a significant and much-needed boost thanks to a substantial donation of food from local company Deceuninck.

The collection was spearheaded by Deceuninck's HR department, with employees and the company itself contributing an impressive array of essential items.

The donation included staples such as pasta, rice, tinned goods, and toiletries, all of which are set to make a real difference to those in our community who are struggling to make ends meet.

"At Deceuninck, we are proud to support Calne Food Bank, and the generosity from our employees has been amazing," said Alison Plumb, HR Manager at Deceuninck.

"This will really help to make a difference within the community, as Calne Food bank relies on grants and the goodwill of the community for support.”

Calne Food Bank expressed their sincere gratitude for the donation. "We are incredibly grateful to Deceuninck for their generous food donation, which will make a real difference to local families in need. This kindness reflects the amazing spirit of our community.

"Thank you to everyone who continues to support Calne Foodbank; your generosity brings hope to those who need it most." a spokesperson for the Food Bank stated.
