Calne’s 12-hour HIIT exercise Marathon, raising money for Comic Relief is back for it’s second year.

On Friday 15th March, Hitsona Calne based at Four Brooks Business Park in Stainer Road,  will host a mind-boggling 12 hours of consecutive HIIT ( high intensity interval training) exercise sessions. That’s 12 hours, from 8 am to 8 pm, consisting of 29 HIIT sessions.

To make this possible, the incredible Hitsona member community will work together to ensure at least one person is exercising at all times across the 12 hours. Each member will take a shift of 25 minutes, allowing them to play their part in fundraising for Comic Relief 2024 whilst burning up to 500 calories on the revolutionary HIIT machines found in the studio.

This will be the second year Hitsona Calne has run the event - having raised over £1,000 from their first HIIT Marathon for Comic Relief 2023.

Hitsona is one of Calne’s newest fitness facilities, specialising in low-impact exercise for all fitness abilities. There are no mirrors, no ego’s and the studio is child friendly too. No matter if you're fit or unfit, old or young, Hitsona Calne is inclusive for all.

All members, whether new or existing are encouraged all take part, raise money and do something fun for Comic Relief.
