The first major phase of a £6.98 million scheme to improve safety along the A3102 has been completed at the junction of the Calne bypass and Stanier Road.
A temporary 30mph speed restriction is being introduced on part of the A3102 in Calne, as concerns continue to be raised locally about the worsening condition of the road.
A section of Stockley Lane East to Blackland Crossroads in Cherhill has been closed from today for urgent sewer lining works, with the closure expected to continue until 23rd September.
