The boy accused of killing Ellile Gould appeared in Bristol Crown Court this morning, 6th June 2019.
The 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons is charged with the murder Ellie Gould.
Ellie's body was discovered by ambulance crews who called the police to the scene at approximately 3.15pm on Friday 3rd May. A short time later police arrested the 17-year-old.
Ellie was a Year 12 pupil at Hardenhuish School in Chippenham.
Judge Peter Blair QC remanded the boy in custody after a short hearing and adjourned the case to July 19. A plea to the charge has not yet been entered by the boy.
