double yellow lines The revised plans are as follows:

Silver Street – north side – from a point 17 metres north of its junction with Wenhill Lane to a point 10 metres north east of its junction with South Place

Springfield Drive – west side – from a point 15 metres north of its junction with Curzon Street to a point 52 metres north of that junction

Springfield Drive – east side – from a point 15 metres north of its junction with Curzon Street to a point 72 metres north of that junction

Stockley Lane – east side – from a point 10 metres south of its junction with Ebor Paddock for a distance of 20 metres in a southerly direction

b) To introduce No Waiting at any time on the following lengths of roads:

Guthrie Close – both sides – from its junction with Porte Marsh Road for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction

Luckett Way – both sides – from its junction with William Street for a distance of 17 metres in a north westerly direction

Porte Marsh Road – north side – from its junction with Oxford Road for a distance of 126 metres in a westerly direction

Porte Marsh Road – south side – from its junction with Oxford Road for a distance of 11 metres in a westerly direction

Porte Marsh Road – south side – from a point 44 metres west of its junction with Oxford Road to a point 10 metres west of its junction with Guthrie Close

William Street – northwest side – from its junction with Luckett Way for a distance of 17 metres either side of that junction

c) To remove No Waiting at any time on the following length of road:

Church Street – west side – from the northern boundary between property Nos. 37 and 31 Church Street for a distance of 16 metres in a southerly direction

d) To introduce No Waiting Monday to Friday 9am-3pm on the following length of road:

Luckett Way – both sides – from a point 17 metres northwest of its junction with William Street to its junction with Hungerford Road

The plans for Springfield Drive have been met with some opposition from residents who fear the order will cause people who use the end of the road for parking whilst visiting or working in the town centre will simply park further up the road and could potentially cause parking problems for home owners.
